Way To Go, Nick!!

Good early morning! I have to make this a quick one as I need to be getting myself and my son to school. It looks to be rainy today. Bummer. After such a splendid day yesterday.

Today's card is in honor of my son. Remember me saying that last Saturday he had baseball tryouts? Well, the coaches got together last night to do the "draft". We were really hoping for a certain team/coach but we knew it was a long shot as Nick was a first round draft pick. Doesn't that sound funny? I think so! I mean, he is only 10! We found out this morning that he got picked up by someone we don't know. So we didn't get the coach/team we wanted but we will see what happens this season. So, Nick Thanks for stopping by and have a super day!

Card Recipe: Stamps- Extreme Elements, Extreme Dirt Bike, Starring You; Paper- Soft Suede, Night of Navy, Dust Durango, Kraft; Ink- Soft Suede, Dusty Durango, Night of Navy, VersaMark; Accessories- My Way punch, vintage brad

  1. This is a really cute card and so nice of you to make it for your son! Hopefully the new coach will be a good experience for him. My son is now 16 and is playing varsity baseball, but I remember the intense days of little league - it was pretty crazy, but it is really good for the boys to get used to taking direction from a variety of different coaches while they are young.
