Viva la Verve Sketch

Good morning, Friends! It's just too early for me to have to be up like this during the summer. That's the only bad thing about signing up your child for a sports camp. Someone has to take them there! And someone has to make sure that they get ready correctly and that they have everything. I did get him signed up for his next season of soccer for next year. Yeah, we won't go 'there' on how much that cost! Holy moley!! But I do think he is excited about it all and we are too! And then there is baseball. Another three weeks of that. And it's starting to get really hot around here. Busy, busy.

Today's card is my take on a Viva la Verve sketch with a twist that can be found on Splitcoast. So the 'twist' was to have as much white showing as possible. You could only use two colors (excluding the white) but white was to be the dominate color. I kept mine simple by only using black and white. I do like how it turned out. Thanks for stopping by and try to keep cool!

  1. Deb, I love this black & white creation! Your stampin' style is so awesome!

  2. LOVE the B&W!!! Absolutely stunning!

  3. I've been looking at the simple friendship set since it came out. Putting it on every order then taking it off at the last minute. This sealed the deal for me it will be on my JULY 1st order. I know you are sick of hearing me say this but your designs are just so beautiful!
